Return Policy

NOKINS has strict quality control on our products before the shipment. Parts are warranted free of defects for a period of 60 days from receipt of order. NOKINS is not responsible for service calls, alleged harm, or damaged material resulting from the installation of our products. NOKINS will repair, replace, or issue a full credit at our discretion on products that prove to be defective in workmanship or material. Freight on warranty items will be credited upon return unless a replacement part was sent at free shipping. If product is tested and deemed not defective, the product may be returned to the customer with no credit given. Damage caused by improper installation or abuse is not covered. Returned Goods

Customers must receive an authorization number(RMA)from NOKINS prior to returning any parts.Customers are responsible for returning freight and must include the authorized RMA number on the box.please include a copy of the invoice or picking list for the original shipment If available.RMA numbers are valid for 60 days from issue date.All items must be returned complete and unused.

Damaged Shipping Claims

Shortages and damaged products must be reported to NOKINS within 5 business days of receipt.Please inspect all merchandise upon arrival to ensure good condition.All merchandise damaged in-transit must have a claim filed through NOKINS.For truck freight,either refuse shipments with obvious exterior damage or write damaged on the Bill of Lading and contact NOKINS Parts within 5 business days.(Freight companies have strict rules regarding claims;all claims must be filed within the 5-day window.)

Refund Amount

According to PayPal newest refund rules release on July 2021.The whole refund and partial refund,the transaction fee will be borne by the seller and not refundable.

We offer 100%refund on the following refund request situation:

  1. Product with quality issues(damage caused by improper installation or abuse is not covered);
  2. Product delivered with damages during shipment;

We offer 96% refund on the following refund request situation:

  1. Return product for no reason;
  2. Return product for buying the wrong part;
